"The owner of this shop (Andy) is prime reason why people commit insurance fraud. Andy rear ended my vehicle back in March. He first agreed to fix my vehicle at his body shop. After he hit my car days went by he never called to ask me how I was doing. I started experiencing minor back pain days later. I made him aware of it and asked if he’s willing to send me to a chiropractor to at least get a professional opinion. With no he hesitation, he stated "NO". After going back and forth with him he finally agreed to send me to a chiropractor and he even signed a paper stating that he would pay for any treatments. When I finally found a chiropractor that was willing to take me for out of pocket treatments, he told me that the amount that they were asking for was too much and he refuses to pay for it. He offered me $500 for a $3,000 bill. From the beginning, I told him that I did not want to sue him because he was corporative but he started bringing up his lawyer every time I brought up the treatment bill. After doing some research, I found out that the car that he was driving did not even belong to him. It was one of his customers car that he was test driving. When I told him that I was going to reach out to the owner of the vehicle for their insurance information to cover my treatments. He flipped out on me and stated that he will no longer give me the $500 he initially offered me. I got stuck with a $3,000 bill. He refused to answer any of my calls after that day. I cannot begin to tell you how disappointed I am that a human being would behave in such a way. I will never step foot in D1 auto body shop for any kind of service as long as Andy is running the body shop."

Changed it out in a hour even helped out in helping me return the old alternator to my auto parts store. I highly recommend them. Its worth the drive even if you are some distances away.
