Pizza Hut

"I've ordered pizza from this Pizza Hut before but this time I found it to be disgusting! Not only was there too much sauce on it, particularly around the crust, but it told me it'd be ready in 20 minutes but it was pretty cold when I picked it up. I thought when it said 20 minutes then that would be perfect considering I live 15 minutes from this location. But for it to be cold when it was in the warmer just baffled me unless they never put it in the warmer. I will second guess my purchase from this particular Pizza Hut location in the future. I've uploaded pics to show just how much sauce there was on our pizza. So.. I got an email from the manager which gave me a credit for $20. I decided to take it and ordered pizza tonight! I do have to say this time it was much much better! Thanks for making this right and offering me the pizzas. They were great and I appreciate the gesture on your part as the manager!"

"Food was delivered faster than the time predicted on the app, it arrived to me hot and tasted great. The delivery driver was extremely friendly and professional at his job highly recommend this restaurant"

"Initially we ordered a melt, two orders of boneless wings, and the big New Yorker. All was fresh, hot and good with the exception of the pizza. It was dried out and had virtually no cheese or sauce. I called back and spoke to someone (regrettably I forgot his name as it’s been a very long day…maybe Jeremy?). But he was extremely professional and pleasant and assured me he would get another one out right away. He thanked me for giving them a chance to make it right…and make it right, they did! One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. You’d never even think they came from the same place. In the pictures, I trust it’s obvious which was the original pizza. Thank you for speedily getting my pizza to me!"

"There was an issue between ordering my pizza and it being delivered. Although I never received my order, I thought I could at least get a new one the next day when I came in. I was extremely calm and understanding but the manager on duty immediately called me a LIAR when I told her I never actually received the pizza and showed her receipts on my phone. She then blew everything out of proportion and called the police even though I did not raise my voice whatsoever. She handled this situation in the worst manner. I would rather starve than order from this Pizza Hut ever again."

"Pizza Hut is still the best tasting pizza found in a corporate pizza delivery company. It was the first to deliver and all these years later others try to keep up. Please don’t forget to tip your delivery person who drives their own vehicle in traffic, rain, and heat, trying to get that pizza to you, hot."
