"I had a confirmed appointment on December 21st to get some work done on my F250 (Rear Main Seal, Lift, Fuel Filter, ect) dropped it off on a Wednesday and was supposed to get it back on Friday. They called me on Friday afternoon to tell me sorry but they couldn't get to my truck until after Christmas. So my truck sat in their parking lot for 2 days, and they never touched it. I live in Kissimmee which is about an hour away, wasted 4 hours of driving and $160.00 in Uber rides. Very disrespectful to waste a person's time who is legitimately trying to support small business. Very unprofessional...."
