"My experience here was absolutely wonderful. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. I took 1993 Buick LeSabre for a complete paint job and color change. The end result came out beautifully. Prince was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. The team here even sent a free Uber for me to come get the car. I get compliments now whenever I take it out for a ride. Thank you, Longwood Maaco, for making the old girl look young again!!"

"I took my 2008 Tundra to Maaco after doing all the dent repair and prep work due to flacking clear coat and everyday wear and tear. I worked with Devon in the front office who worked with me on price due to all the work I did to prepare the truck. Went back with original color in base coat and clear coat urethane paint. Marc the shop manager was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my technical questions. Great experience working with Maaco and will use them again."

"Update: I took my car in after the second attempt this time it was fixed perfectly! They have gotten a new Shop Manager and he made my car right! Prince even Uber to the shop so I didn’t have to wait on a ride. I don’t have pictures of the updated as the car was already taken back by our son. I do hate the fact that the office support staff has suck a high turnover that u may not talk to the same person twice. But thanks for getting the car right! Original Post: Maaco did some body work and repainted the whole care for me. The first time I went to pick it, it had pitting on the hood. So they kept it to fix it. I was called to pick it the second time and it wasn’t even ready but my understanding is that they thought it was ready but had to be taken back into shop to have something fixed. The third time I picked it up, it had/has areas primer over spray. I they initially got it on the hood of the car and they came right out and used paint t thinner on it. Which in turn now those areas are not shiny, as if the clear coat was taken off. The car has several areas of blue paint on trim, like they didn’t protect the areas properly. The front windshield which was out in 2-3 days before dropping the car off now has areas on the bottom of the windshield like they got something on it and used something abrasive or sand paper to get it off. I have also noticed a dent that was never there before. It has been painted over so it’s not a new one. And they painted the key hole. The rest is good so far."

"I gave Maaco a chance and I’m extremely disappointed. My vehicle looks okay at first glance, but once you begin walking around and looking, there are many obvious flaws that I feel were carelessly overlooked. They did not pay attention to detail whatsoever. I feel totally taken advantage of. The work was not done properly and the install wasn’t completed in its entirety. I paid for a front bumper replacement, they were also supposed to install a clip on rear bumper to repair and do a complete paint job. I was promised 5-7 business day turnaround, it ended up being more than 14, I lost count to be honest. Did not communicate or provide timely updates. I had to constantly seek updates. When promised a return call to confirm pickup time, was not called. I show up to pick up my car, was told that it was ready. Upon arrival, they immediately seek payment, didn’t even bother to walk me around the car. I saw from the lobby that my car in the parking lot still had pieces hanging loose underneath the front bumper. Pointed it out and was promised it would be secured, they never did. I also saw they had not installed rear bumper clip that was paid for. They did not secure the front bumper on properly, there was an obvious large gap on the driver side where the bracket appeared to be broken. I saw there was overspray in various spots where it was poorly prepped/taped off. One of the rivets in the wheel well was even bent. They sprayed the key hole. Needless to say, I had to leave the car there for 2 additional business days for them to “finish” the job. Despite my frustration , I maintained my polite demeanor, as if all was well. I was just trying to give them a chance to make it right. Finally, I was contacted via text message to pick up the car. I get there, verify that the front bumper bracket and rear bumper clip is complete…but then I notice that there is still a small gap where the bumper was not flush in the front where it’s attached to fender. I also see that there is now a gap at the rear bumper that wasn’t there at first attempted pick up. This time, instead of pointing it out, I leave because at this point I’ve been inconvenienced for almost an entire month and I’ve had it. I get home and see that the pieces around the fog light are not secure, looks like it’s going to fall off, which is a safety issue. The piece under the front bumper that I saw was hanging at first pick up attempt, oh they are still hanging and none of the connections there are secured. The bumper is not secured to the plastic in the wheel well on the passenger side. I expected that if I paid for bumper installation, that it would indeed be installed, meaning all components would be secured completely. If additional parts were required for the bumper to be fastened completely, that should have been communicated to me. Did they think that since I’m a female, I wouldn’t notice? They made off with my hard earned money, yet the work I paid for was not completed. Would not recommend this shop to anyone. Go look at the pictures and see for yourself. Oh, and I almost forgot…they said the car would be detailed, yet it was more dirty at pickup than when I had initially dropped it off. They left my front mats filthy from the debris on the shoes of the shop workers. I say again, I’m extremely dissatisfied."
