"Unsatisfied is a given on this repair. Dropped the vehicle off in September. It took almost 3 months to be completed. Upon getting it back. Air-conditioning system that I was told was replaced and charged does not blow cold air at all. Having the vehicle taken to a different shop and diagnostics ran for a health check. As well as getting the AC recharged properly out of pocket. Because I can’t afford to waste any more time with this business. Hopefully nothing more is wrong, but I’m not optimistic as it seems like this business is all about getting money out of the insurance company by adding onto the PO and not doing the actual repair job. Having someone’s vehicle for three months is ridiculous and puts them under strain with rental fees. If I was running a rental, it would’ve cost me almost 5 grand to get my vehicle back at the average cost of $40 a day rental. Highly unlikely, I will be using this business again. Edit: changing review to one star, as when I was driving it to another shop to do a follow-up diagnostic check the check engine light came on starting to think they didn’t fix anything."

Along with text notifications and an online tracking system. In the end, the vehicle came out immaculate and with a warranty for the repairs! "Matthew was great and his communication was amazing. He told me my car would be ready 9/22/23 and it was definitely ready on that day. My only issue was they forgot to plug my front head lights back up. So I had to get someone to plug them back up. But other than that it was amazing service and great experience. Thanks again"
