"Poor customer service. Had brakes, and a tail light serviced without issue in January, and it was great. Called to get a sensor checked last week since it went so well last time. Owner said come in Monday. Came in today and owner said come in on Wednesday. It's understandable since he had a lot of work backed up from 4th of July weekend I imagine, but when I asked for an appointment, he yelled at me saying he doesn't do them, because he only has two mechanics. I can only imagine he was stressed from all the work he had to do, but that's no excuse for his behavior. He even went as far to tell me that we would fight if the work isn't done right, which is an unnecessary theoretical escalation, before yelling at me more about his business problems. I actually turned around to see if he was talking to someone else behind me because I was so surprised at the unprofessional display. Don't take your stress out on your customers. Estimated 3 hours of labor to fix @ $75 an hour not including part. Looked it up online and fixed it myself in 24 minutes. Never coming here again."
