Lost Pizza Co. Andalusia

"This was my fourth time visiting Lost Pizza and the service was not great at all! Jaiden that worked the register was awesome she placed our order and was very friendly. The phone was ringing off the hook nobody would answer it but her & it was 10 more people just standing around on their phones doing nothing. This child really needs a raise if she’s doing everything up front on her own. We were seated and waiting on our food (Kaiden) brought cheese sticks out quick and it was fresh. Then our pizza was put in the window and several people still was standing right in front of it and nobody bothered to even bring the pizza nor say it was ready. Kaiden dropped the ball on our pizza, she was standing around and going outside as well. Finally they all left from the window and went outside while our food was still in the window. So I asked the young lady at the register (Jaiden) was that our food, she went over to check and it was. I don’t know Jaiden but I asked her for her name because she had Awesome customer and cared for her customers while the other 10 people laughed, played on their phones, & lick their fingers! Hiring young people is good but it needs to be an actual older adult in there making sure things run smooth. I guess they don’t have a manager on duty at all times. Worst experience out of all my visits. It was a very slow night so we really should have received Awesome service! The photo is what I took after to show how they’re just standing around but when our food was in the window it was more kids over there than that! I would give one star but because of Jaiden & Nikki I gave 2. They both apologized for the bad service we received. Do Better!!"

"Our food came out quickly and was delicious. Once we had our food we didn't have anyone to check on our table. The drinks are self service so that wasn't a concern. The atmosphere is unique in that they converted an abandoned down town building into a restaurant."

"We came here on a Saturday afternoon after the lunch rush but before the dinner rush. We stood around for a while before I asked about seating and was at that point directed to order at the counter then have a seat wherever we liked. We found the menu on the wall (it's rather difficult to miss, to be frank), figured out what we wanted, and found a table close to the front. We ordered the bread sticks appetizer and a special DIY pizza with pepperoni on one half and just cheese on the other. We got extra sauce on the whole thing. While we waited, I took the opportunity to explore the place, taking pictures as I did so. As mentioned in numerous other reviews, the atmosphere and vibe of the place is amazing. I will post those pictures here. The appetizer arrived and it was okay. The marinara provided with it was obviously fresh made, but it felt like something was missing. It was thin and acidic with some flavor, but I could barely taste it. We were about halfway done with the appetizer when the pizza arrived. Pacing has been mentioned in several other reviews and my experience supports what the others have said. The pizza was a thin crust and was perfectly crunchy. The toppings were great as well. The cheese was not some cheap version and there was plenty of it. But that sauce... It must be the same as the marinara with the bread sticks because even though we got extra on the pie, it was hardly even noticable. I ordered sweet tea to drink while my wife went with a Coke Zero. Overall, the experience was a push, I'm afraid. For as cool as the atmosphere is, one doesn't visit a restaurant purely for the vibe. The food should be the star here, not the decorations."

"Takeout was great. We ordered a small pit boss, cheese sticks & traditional BBQ wings. Everything was delicious, fresh and timely. Easy online ordering too."
