"I had my car serviced here and won’t go back. They have a sign that says “tip please” which I have never tipped on an oil change before. I am a nice person and thought maybe this is the new standard. I asked him if I could add a tip to the card. He said yes, and asked how much I wanted to add. He CLEARLY heard me say $15 and responds with $20 and charged my card with $20 added. I know it is only $5, but if they do that kind of stuff blatantly, I can’t imagine what they do quietly. I won’t go back. Go to the Tuffy on SR70. They are ALWAYS honest."
"Very poor service. Pulled in and the only thing they seemed to be concerned about was that you stay in your car. Did not check the air filter, power steering fluid or transmission fluid. Marked on the receipt that they did. Nobody greeted us on arrival and no thanks for coming in after the service was done. Really felt like we were bothering them by going there for an oil change. Will find another place for oil changes."
"If there was half star rating I would give it. We pulled in and no one greeted us, just guided us in and opened the hood. No one said hello or asked us any questions as to what we needed along with the oil change. They changed the oil, didn’t pull the dip stick, didn’t check any fluids, didn’t ask if we needed air in the tires. The whole time we were there Aaron, the worked in the bay next to us, was on his phone. No one told us how much it would be until after the job was done and we were grumpily told the total which was over $100. They took the payment with no acknowledgment of thank you or have a nice day. Not a good customer service experience at all. My company’s fleet uses the oil masters in Palmetto and the experience there is so much better. Will definitely be using the palmetto location from now on."
