"If i could this place ZERO stars I would! They are so unprofessional and rude. It’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone and when you do get someone they be so in the rush to get you off the phone they just hang up in your face mid-sentence. I’ve had insurance through them for years, ever since Isabella left it’s like they just hired anyone. I would call and text Kenia to get help with my policy and she wouldn’t answer or return calls, not even a simple text back. The kicker is I went from having a $86 PIP policy to having a $250 PIP policy all because Kenia never sent me the renewal contracts to sign but sent me my new ID cards. It took over a month just to get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog !"
