"This company hasnt been in contact with us for a long time, see whats going on. The receptionist behaved like she had an attitude and told me its going to take a while due to covid. Previously she told me its only going to take 3 days to get info from the court. So thats a difference isnt it? They told us LAST MINUTE, so in two days we found the documents and gave them to them. NOW they asked us to submit a forum that was given to us in the email, they should have ALL of the information and they told me they dont. I looked at the forum and it asked me to submit picture's, the lawyer told me that all I had to do was just WRITE... Nothing else. I asked for an extension on submitting the information and the receptionist told me that its okay. If the lawyer hasnt responded then its okay, I can submit the information later, she told me she was going to talk to the lawyer on this matter but didnt. I sent text messages and she didnt talk to him. She also sounded like she had an attitude. Anyway. A few days later I received an email telling me the lawyer is leaving me, these guys need to be reported. How shameful."
