"This company hasnt been in contact with us for a long time, see whats going on. The receptionist behaved like she had an attitude and told me its going to take a while due to covid. Previously she told me its only going to take 3 days to get info from the court. So thats a difference isnt it? This company calls us and tells us that they lost our data and that we have to find our documents and give it to them. They told us LAST MINUTE, so in two days we found the documents and gave them to them. NOW they asked us to submit a forum that was given to us in the email, they should have ALL of the information and they told me they dont. I looked at the forum and it asked me to submit picture's, the lawyer told me that all I had to do was just WRITE... Nothing else. I asked for an extension on submitting the information and the receptionist told me that its okay. If the lawyer hasnt responded then its okay, I can submit the information later, she told me she was going to talk to the lawyer on this matter but didnt. I sent text messages and she didnt talk to him. She also sounded like she had an attitude. Anyway. A few days later I received an email telling me the lawyer is leaving me, these guys need to be reported. How shameful."
