"I agreed on the price that was set in the ad, and on a time to pick it all up. They message me after I pay for a U-Haul, an hour after our last message agreeing on a pickup time, that they went and sold half the set. Nothing was communicated to me about any sort of deposit to hold it, which I gladly would have paid. No last chance warning that it was about to be sold either. Terrible service, rude messaging."
"Chiam was great. I was clearing out my mother's apartment after she passed and Chiam came over and gave me quotes on what he wanted to purchase. He was personable, punctual, and fair. He also went the extra mile in helping me figure out how to go about keeping and shipping some of the things I wanted to save. Definitely recommend."

"I asked them to reserve a set of furniture that they had listed on Facebook marketplace.They were selling it for a competitive price.I told Chaim that we were in our way to pick it up. All the sudden I got a notification from FB that the price of the pieces went up. I asked him why the prices went up and they said the will honored the first price. When arrived to the place another customer was loading the furniture into their truck . The store sold it to someone else. I wasted 1 hour of drive and gas. I will not do business with stores/ individuals that are so unprofessional and unethical. Stay away."
