"Not a good experience shopping at Furniture World. Furniture was supposed to be deliver in a week and never heard from no one to let me know when it was coming. I called to find out and Bob told me they were working in the delivery day. Hopefully By the end of week Bob said. This store didn’t have the courtesy to give a me a call to keep me updated on the delivery day. I was the one that has to be calling to find out if my delivery. Still don’t know!!!! Another thing if you are paying with credit card the add to the total 4% for using the card. Unfortunately you want to give business to small store but they don’t take care of their costumers."
"We bought a vibrating recliner from Bob about 6 months ago. About a month ago, we noticed that the seam that runs across the seat was separating. I called Bob and emailed pictures of the chair to him. Bob was able to send us a brand new chair at no cost to us. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for furniture.
