"Swung by Dale's a few months ago to get my BMW aligned based on all the great feedback about William. I've been STRUGGLING with alignment issues for over a year, burning through three sets of rear tires and dealing with blowouts and fender rubbing from supposedly "top-notch" shops. None of them even came close to the job William did. He's the only one who really grasped and explained the problem, putting my car back in spec at half the cost of other places. 4 months later, I haven't had a single issue and still using the same tires. From now on, Dale's is my go-to, and I'll be shouting from the rooftops for anyone needing an alignment to hit up Will – he'll get you right!"
