A highly qualified individual who assumed the reigns for execution of the direction and achievements of the firm. Implementing software solutions, guiding the firm through the intricacies' of adapting to changes forced by Covid - 19 and handling issues that arise each day. She also helped us align staff with our needs. I truly appreciate my long time association with the firm and its Founder Jaime Pozo and the many talented attorneys who provide astute counsel. Of course the paralegals carry most of the load and do that superbly. Finally, the great staff members that I worked beside each day are amazing and work tirelessly. Overall, a fun place to work!
