"Only use if you want to pay for work that is worse than a lay/unskilled person could do in this field. I paid cash for a condo and went through Deborah Martin's firm in Miami to ensure clean title. I was not provided clean title as claims/fines were on record with Miami Dade prior to my purchase date. County representatives said they are happy to provide details and this adverse claim was easily discoverable. I didnt need any title company because I paid cash however paid for one as my husband and I are busy and out of state. Deborah apparently thought it was best to attempt excuse her firm from any claim against her firm and have me deal with this Old Republic title insurance company directly, that Deborah's firm apparently contracts. So then I had to speak with Chrisan from Old Republic who was rude, Interrupts, clearly disgruntled and expects customers to just pay. If you want any relief or remedy for their missteps, you apparently will have to spend more money and file in court."
