"I had to get 4 news tires and the initial tire purchase was fine, but during insulation they broke 2 TPMS computers. I had to go back to Big O 4 separate times to get new computers and to get them calibrated. On the 4th trip, they lost my phone number and never called me when it finished so my car was left overnight without notifying me. Huge headache."
