"Ask for a patch got a plug and he never filled my tire up said he put 40psi Now I'm driving north on i-95 and I still have 30 psi yes there are are and not so busy than the guy down the street but that just lazy"

"My daughter lives in Palm Beach and I live 12 hours away. She got a flat on the interstate and after 3 hours finally was able to get help changing the tire and getting her spare put on. The company who helped her put the damaged tire under her car where the spare goes. I looked up this place and we chose to go there for help on fixing the tire. A guy came to her car and asked what she needed help with. She told him and he said “where is the tire you need fixed?” My daughter said, “The guy who put my spare on put it back under my car.” This guy said “well if you want to lower it off, I will look at it.” My daughter said, “I don’t know how to do that.” This guy just walked away from her car and went to another car. Unbelievable! Great customer service guys. We will happily take our business somewhere else. My advice, don’t waste your time here unless you want to do half the work. This was tonight just before 5 in case management wants to check on who the clown was who literally expects the customer to be his assistant."

"I got my tire plugged yesterday and by the time I got home (10-15) minutes it’s going flat. I went back to the shop at 7:15 and it was closed but they supposedly close at 7:30pm. Goes back today because I have a donut on and the owner/ manager wasn’t there. Called the number which is a cell phone and explain what happened and the first thing is you could’ve ran over another mail on your way home. Seriously dude. Great customer service. My first and last time there."
