"Went for an oil change with my vechile under fleet maintince. I was told they would let me know if it needed anything else. Which they did not. After two hours of waiting I finally ask whats the hold up, he tells me I need brakes and waiting for approval.I told them I didn't want to wait. They told them that they where really bad which was a lie. Which they approved them to be done holding my vechile hostage to do the work. Left me setting there for a total 4 hours after I was told 1 hour oil change. After reading reviews I should went some where else."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had a little screw in my tire and obviously the air was leaking out. The young guy said I needed a new tire. The tires in my car are less than a year old. This guy is a complete unethical clown! They would not remove the screw and fix the tire. When else where and it cost $20 to fix. DO NOT Go HERE!!"

"This location gave me some of the best service I’ve had from a service shop in the past 10 years. The Foreman Mick and The technicians that worked on my vehicle Andrew and Bradley were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in resolving the issues I was having from an unsatisfactory and potentially costly service at a Nearby, Jiffy Lube. Their expertise and demeanor created a friendly and courteous environment and they went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would recommend service from them to anyone I know."

"Was a great company before but under new management they are the worst sop in the county. Don't waste your money. Bought all new set of tires and the broke my tpms sensor and now with a flat they ,after 3 different times to get my tire fixed they told me to just keep coming back cause they are too busy. Don't waste your time or money"

"Very disappointed! I took my truck in on 10/6/23 for a standard oil change. While I was there a female customer was bringing her vehicle back because the break work she recently had done was still causing an issue. So, I dropped my car off and then received a call from a technician who stated my truck needed front and back breaks, my battery failed a test and a filter needed to be replaced. When I returned to pick up truck another customer was complaining that she initially brought her car back because whatever they did the engine light was still on. I decided to take my car to the dealership and I was told all the issues Tire Plus stated was wrong and it was INCORRECT. It’s very disappointing that as woman I feel like I could’ve potentially been taken advantage of."
