"They dont have a drivethru?? What i did notice upon walking in: lobby of people waiting, 2 tellers working, teller line is dark, lobby choreographer wondering around, very.. Unfriendly vibe. Not having a drivethru is a pain in the rear and pretty ridiculous. Like, what would you do if you were handicap??"

"I’ll start off saying that I hate banks, I hate the atmosphere and that usually the people who work there are rude and not easy to be friendly with. My recent visit to BOA CR was the best bank experience I’ve ever had! We were greeted kindly (which I’ve never experienced in a bank before- sorry I didn’t catch the ladies name). And then Lidi helped us with joining our bank accounts! Lidi was funny, nice and relatable. She made the experience easy and fast and it felt like we were amongst friends vs sitting in a bank. Thank you Lidi for making our appointment hassle free!"
