"This woman has the worst customer service and bad attitude I have ever seen. Very condescending and belittling. I went to go and have a second opinion on my taxes and she had doubled what I needed to pay back to the IRS. She was not working for us at all but against us!!! Would not help answer any questions in layman’s terms that way we could understand why we owed so much money back. She would not help us find out what more we could use as deductions. If you are looking for a accountant Cpa, run as far as you can from this one. She will not want to give you back your papers without charging you $500(for a service your not happy with, nor going to file) so that you can go somewhere else and have it done properly. This place is a complete joke. If you have had your taxes done here before I highly recommend going and getting a second opinion. You may actually be able to see how much you’ve been ripped off over the years. I could go on and on. Good luck"
