"Wish I could give 0 stars. Came to request a tire patch/plug for a tire with an unexplained leak. Waited 5+ minutes outside to be spoken to, even though mechanic saw me maybe a minute after I pulled up. He chose to just look at me and continue talking on the phone until he felt ready to get off. Finally after waiting over 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, the mechanic told me they don't do tire patches or plugs, and only offer the purchase of brand new tires. Don't waste your time here"

"Mechanic told me he wouldn’t change my oil because my oil pan was damaged, which cost $300+. I had been going to them for over three years steadily for all my repairs. He made a big fuss about it, told me I had to sign papers, taking my life into my own hands, I had to get this work done according to him. I wasn’t buying it. I went to a couple of other mechanics they were able to change my oil without an issue. Mechanics are people you literally trust with your life, these people were trying to rip me off and probably did for over 3 years."
