"Service at the counter is not all that good. Needs improvement. If ordinary employees only understood how important customers really are to a business, they would do a much better job dealing with customers. That will avoid the " they went out of business " or " no one comes anymore, it is a slow store" etc etc...leading to closing that store..... As you can imagine, I will not go there anymore, and based on my experience, and others like mine, I don't recommend the place. I'm glad it happened to me though, for going to ordinary businesses..."

"Just had another great customer service experience at this Tire Kingdom. My suv caught a screw in the front driver side tire that I had to replace last year due to a sidewall puncture. Fortunately I had bought the road hazard warranty and this time the screw was in the tread so it was repairable. Came into the store close to closing time, they took care of me right away, let me know the tire didn’t have to be replaced, patched it and had me out the door in 30 minutes! The awesome customer service, quality work and value is why I’ve been a customer of this store for close to 30 years!!!"

"I had been to a nearby tire shop and they were extremely rude. Luckily, I found this tire kingdom on my way home. Nestor was immediately helpful and extremely kind. The service and options were explaining thoroughly, and I was surprised by how quickly my truck was ready. So glad I stumbled upon this place, and glad that Nestor was the one to help me. We need more Nestor’s in this world!"

"We came in super last minute at 7pm with a flat and they were super cool and were able to fix the flat for 30 bucks in 20-30 minutes. The gentleman at the front was fantastic and he got me squared away in no time. I would highly recommend these guys!"
