"I suggest not pursuing any business venture with this Law group. At the beginning everything seems to work out smooth, but once they have everything they need from their end you will be completely ghosted. Ricardo is the head of this group and it seems he is the only one that can answer questions and get anything accomplished. He will never return any phone calls and every now and then he will reply to an email. They do have a reception that astonishingly will answer the phone but cannot do anything. The only thing they can do is send an email to Ricardo and hope that he responds. I am not sure if the reception is the one that comes up with the excuses or if Ricardo sends the excuses to reception, but they will come up with every excuse under the sun as to why Ricardo cannot call back or email. The excuses range from their office having covid to him being on meetings and also constantly being on lunch. The reception is very nice and courteous which makes you feel as though something will get done but most of the time gets forgotten and no follow-up. If your company does business across the nation try to stay away. The only way to possibly do business with this company is if your located in Miami and can actually visit their location for answers. I am not sure if this is normal business practice with these types of commercial law firms, but is extremely unprofessional considering that everything that was requested by the company financially, administratively, and through correspondence was done immediately."
