"The online appointment system operates like it’s from 2000 and no one answers the phone… I called over a dozen times and no one answered so I had to drive there and talk to someone. They also take way longer than they estimate to do the service."
"Lazy service, curly hair guy wouldn’t even go out to check the measurements on the tires on my vehicle. Kept arguing that they didn’t have them for my model car after I said repeatedly that they were aftermarket wheels."
"I had a screw in my tire and was losing air quick, so, I had no choice to go here because they were the only tire shop open. Screw was lodged in between an area that was able to be patched. Someone at their tire center decided I had run-flat tires, when I in fact did not. They claimed they were not able to patch them because they were run flats. I didn’t bother to waste anymore time with them and was able to patch it myself. Luckily they were at least able to fill my tire with air. Great work gents."
"Terrible service. Had a Tesla Model 3 with a flat tire towed here. They were unable to repair and said they’d need to order a tire which would come in by Friday (3 days). I called around and couldn’t find a better time so I called back and was told I’d have to come in person to pay before they could order. Arranged to get there only to be told it would take 10 days to order. Arranged to have car towed to another facility as they refused to install a tire I bought elsewhere. Unknown to me they removed the key card from the car and kept it even though they knew I was transporting the vehicle elsewhere. Quite petty."
"Had a flat tire that couldn't be repaired and ended up deciding to replace all 4 tires as the ones I had were terrible and on their last leg (they were purchased from Tire Kingdom). The price quoted over the phone was exactly the same when I arrived. I also did not have an appointment but they were able to get me in and out in under an 1.5 hours on a Saturday. I would recommend Costco Tires any day."
