"I had a bad experience with Carla Bahn who is the owner of Coral Reef Title Co. Carla closed my loan in September 2018. She was paid a lot of money to review, prepare and close my loan in a professional manner. It turns out that she accepted and recorded a deed to my property with the wrong address on it. I figured she would be embarrassed when I brought the issue to her and would fix it immediately. To my dismay, Carla was unwilling to lift a finger and responded to me as though it was no big deal. I couldn't believe it. She recorded a deed which does not have my correct address on it and won't help me. Do yourself a favor and pass this Carla Bahn and Coral Reef Title Co by. I strongly recommend you go somewhere else."
