I was contemplating giving up on the agency and simply going to the extra effort of researching and handling our insurance needs ourselves, online, until Chasity came along, and Iddo found new auto coverage at half the rate we were previously paying. But, Chasity, with her outstanding and friendly manner, was the key to my decision to continue our long business relationship with DTRT.
