"Our experience was really terrible. We had too many communication problems with them. READ VERY WELL and THINK ABOUT IT. DON'T waste your hard-working money. 1. You can only have direct communication with lawyer Gerardo in your first paid consultation, which is $100 for a little less than 30 minutes. After you sign the contract you only communicate through his secretaries and in consultation with his manager, who is his wife. Even if you are close to having an immigration court, communication with the lawyer is practically scarce. 2. If you are working and cannot immediately answer their calls, the secretaries get upset and say that you do not answer their calls or that you block them in case your cell phone is turned off. Since they practically only use this medium to communicate with their clients, little use of WhatsApp, text messages or emails. 3. They do not refund money for any reason. 4. The way the secretaries treat their clients is a little rough, as if they were constantly scolding you and “doing you a favor.” There is no clear line of respect from them towards clients. 5. They upload documents without your approval, you are quite unaware of what they update about your immigration process, since as I mentioned before you only talk to the secretaries and they largely do not know your process 100%. 6. We requested a consultation with the lawyer even if it was by phone and even if we had to pay an additional fee to one of them, but it was never granted. 7. When we decided to cancel the contract with them, they responded to us a week later saying that there would be no refund of our money. Claiming unjustified and exaggerated work hours. Since they never represented us, there was never even a second meeting with the lawyer, we never had the process with them and they increase and exaggerate everything in order to justify NOT returning the money. I advise you to carefully review the lawyer you choose for your process. And choose someone with whom you can have efficient and accurate communication."
