"I needed four new tires for my travel trailer, since the factory originals were junk. I searched extensively online to find a shop that had extra heavy duty tires (10 ply rating) because my toy-hauler is a 30 foot beast. Nobody (from the chain shops) wanted to install the tires on property - they said I need to unmount them and bring them down to their shop. The local RV shops wanted me to drop off and come back another day - no time for that. A friend told me to go to Big Al's for the best quality and service. I was a little hesitant (being that it's small shop), but decided to give them a shot. Boy, am I glad I did. I struck pure gold! Vanessa answered the phone and assured me that she had the tires I needed and could mount, balance, and get me back on the road in about 30 minutes - and they DID! I pulled in and the tire team jumped on it like a NASCAR pit crew - they were amazing! The price was very competitive and the tires are excellent. I highly recommend Big Al's and couldn't be happier. This is where I will get all of my vehicle tires from now on."
"The place I usually get tires from didn’t have the size I needed so an old coworker suggested I go here. I went and spent 60 dollars on a used tire that they said was in great condition. I went back to my normal spot and he took the tire I got from here off and there was wires sticking out of it. I only had the tire for two weeks."
