"Let me start off I wouldn’t give one start. Howard is beyond rude for a human being now tenants call in about their case and wanting something in writing you are nasty and despicable. The way you raise your voice at people and think it’s OK if this is the case you should not be in this profession clearly you’re not the person for this. how are proceeds to spell his name out when I asked him his name. Well, OK Howard, I will call and file a complaint and also ask them to look at these reviews as well because everyone is saying the same thing about Howard not the company the lawyer was nice Howard is rude. I think he has an anxiety problem or issue with life you know a therapist will really help. The company can get five stars but Howard can get a -35 stars."

"Called to ask a question in regards to a summons I received. First person to answer I think was “Howard” or something similar. Nasty person. Very rude and unprofessional. Kept raising its voice (I say it because no human would behave in this manner). Ultimately it said : “I answered your question (it didn’t) have a nice July fourth holiday!” Then proceeded to hang up on me. They need to fire her ASAP."
