"As a licensed property manager since 2006, I have to say in dealings with Charles Otto, he has limited understanding of community assocation law and put the assocation he represented in a legal battle which resulted in the assocation having to pay damages to an owner simply because of his lack of tactic an knowledge on how to gracefully represent a community assocation. He let emotions get the best him, he was unprofessional and provoking when this could have easily have been resolved if Mr. Otto was able to keep professional composure. I have dealt with many law firms and graceful community association attorneys through my years of management and I have never seen such poor representation. I would not recommend using this firm."
