"After paying for their services, I found the team assigned to me both rude and unhelpful. Despite my efforts to escalate my concerns by speaking directly to the attorney and office manager, my questions remained unanswered. The office manager responded quickly but failed to provide the information I needed, while both the office manager and the paralegal were dismissive and impolite. It reached a point where I felt compelled to hang up on the office manager due to their attitude. The underlying message was clear: they were too overwhelmed with cases to provide the necessary attention to mine. Disappointingly, neither the lead attorney nor any concerned representative reached out to address my issues. This was a stark contrast to my initial consultation, where I encountered a very competent and helpful lawyer. Regrettably, there was no effort to retain my business following that consultation, culminating in a motion to withdraw from my case on the very same day. This experience was thoroughly disappointing. - Update: the person who responded to my review saying I was not accurate is clearly one of the people that turned me off to this business. The accurate time-frame they described they gave me was anywhere between 3 days and 3 to 4 weeks just to even have an initial conversation with the handling attorney. As far as all of the other positive reviews about this company, please pay attention to the many negative reviews similar to mine. The business response is generally the same; that the client is inaccurate about the facts."
