"I hate this place i couldn't make my payments because i ended up sick so they went up on the amount I owe now my payments are current now I can't get my driving license back because they won't fax the letter to dmv telling them my payments up to date but they quick to take my money every month Edit: this place is some Crooks I had a $1096 balance left to pay and I would've been done with this place to my surprise they done added $1090 interest to my balance the and I owed 3971.90 to be paid and i paid $2875 it's like when you get close to being done they go to adding fees I'm bout to get a lawyer because this looks illegal"

"Same issues as the other bad review..I'm just a witness to their fraud.. Once a person is stuck dealing with this company/ person your screwed! they will lie, steal, and have selective amnesia. They make verbal agreements by phone, then 2 days later say it never happened. They don't give you an actual payment due date just say once a month. There is no signed contract with key details, they conveniently lose payments, no receipts for payments, good luck getting your balance from them. There's so much wrong with the way this place is operating.. it's sad. Actually I think I'm gonna do something about this.. I'm gonna find out what organization can investigate them and see how they can be held accountable. .anyone else who wants to complain the BBB and the Florida bar is where I'm starting.."

"These people are terrible. They make things up. They use wording to try and intimate you. They take forever to return phone calls, they're very unprofessional. They're very you need us we don't need you. They love the sentence well just take you to court. The staff here is a joke, very unprofessional. Making it a priority to do everything I can to get away from these people. Did I mention everything has to be done through mail and money orders."

"Terrible customer service just asking a simple question to the receptionist feels as if you are an extreme bother to them. If this is the customer service of the front desk I cant imagine that of the attorneys and everyone else. They can never give you a call back been waiting 2 months just to know the balance of my account and then they said they called me . I had no calls from them or messages like why would I keep calling back if I had already received a call to hear your rude voice I dont think so. Would not recommend them to anyone!"

"Super rude terrible customer service. Do not have an online portal, have to mail in a money orders. They do not send you receipts so who knows if the payments are actually being applied. Asked them to send me a payment history, only to be sent 1 mth later. There quick to suspend your license if you miss a payment and when you call them the receptionist always says they will call you back because there billing team does not take calls. I absolutely hate dealing with this company and do not know how there even in business with the professionalism they lack. Bunch of crooks. If Zero stars option was available, that would be there rating."
