"Attempted to get pricing from The Marcus Group through Connie Dean. Provided all our commercial policy information. I then had to hunt her down to get a response. After several attempts to follow up as nothing was forthcoming from Connie. I finally received a response today after almost a month of waiting, and I was told “ I do not have a market to accept all vehicles, trailers, and drivers”. The level of service provided was not impressive and made me feel as though I was a nuisance. Had I not followed up, it is unlikely I would have heard back at all. Very Disappointing."
