"Great inventory, yes! Customer service however.. 30 years smoker here new to vaping. The product I wanted to buy was not available, I was given a card to call in order to inquire. The store was completely empty. The sales person seemed so annoyed, I had to mention, " You seem bothered", the answer was, I have been here for 6 hours. Well, got home, was unable to use the product I had previously bought there, and called hoping to speak to someone else. The exausted sales person was still there hung up on me and told me never to come back. Off course I won't. I also had worked a 10 hours overnight shift and drove there aiming the good inventory. I work with customer service and I believe the minimum a sales person can do, specially when there are no one else in the store, is to be pleasant and helpful."
"I've had problems with vaporizers in the past especially with stores that sell overpriced/deffective products. I happened to come across this store and gave a try. I received excellent customer service, honest educated opinions of the products sold, at great prices. People that run it are real down to earth. Definitely recommended for pipes, and vapes."
