"Using anyone else as a closing agent would be nonsensical. Chad and his assistant Diane are awesome. When trying to sell our home, the buyer was very unreliable. Long story short, the day of closing the buyer was supposed to come in at 3:30 and close. The buyer did not show up until after hours. The documents were not signed until after 9pm. Diane had us sign the closing documents early and held in trust so that we did not have to stay late. Completely epic if you ask me. I am unaware of any other closing agent who would put so much effort into a closing. I am very thankful the God had brought this closing agent into my families life. I am pretty sure that with any other agent my house would still not be sold. So thankful!"
