"Chris really came through for me today. I had a return from Amazon, a double stroller, that I could not get to fold back into the box because the stroller was defective. The piece to fold the stroller was not working. I dropped my stroller off and explained the situation to Chris. I am so glad that I did. Somehow, some way, Chris was able to figure out how to fold the stroller, without breaking it, and put it in the box. That is the best customer service I have ever had at a UPS."
