"We had do deal with a probate, no will. They artificially inflated estate value to get paid more. Mr Gumson is very condescending and arrogant, never listens to his clients and too lazy to follow leads and suggestions.I had to do all the work myself, and then hire another attorney to take it to court, because he didn’t represent his client, us, but our opponent. We won, thanks to the second attorney, but it was so stressful dealing with him, that I decided I never wanted my family to go through anything like this at our passing, so we created a trust with another law firm. Worst experience of my life!"
"Mr. Gumson and his team are extremely professional and thorough. The probate case that was handled was sort of a mess but these attorneys worked to make it go smoothly.
