"This attorney does not listen. Apparently incompetent because she has to research things on family law that should be obvious to any practicing family law attorney. I paid money with a specific instruction that it was for one specific thing to be done on behalf of a friend of mine who is the client. The attorney breached this Covenant and agreement and billed the client for things that I never agreed to pay for. This attorney is a thief and should be disbarred and I am going to take action for the theft of money. When somebody is giving money I don't care if it's on behalf of someone else and instructions of the one that is delivering the funds are ignored this is a breach of fiduciary duty and not only is this attorney incompetent in family law, apparently not knowing simple things. She is a thief in my opinion and breached my trust. I wrote and attempted to solve this problem to receive zero reply.....These people are despicable stay away stay away stay away....."

"If you want to pay a lawyer several thousand to draw out the process, then you should hire this law firm. I was referred by friends and I wish I had found my own lawyer or used a public defender in my family case. I paid over $10000 for a parenting plan basically. I gave her 2 police reports showing a history of abuse from my ex, but somehow he gets to keep the house we co-owned and 50/50 custody agreement. The process took almost 2 years and as a result of her negligence I was unable to recoup my legal fees from my ex in court. She failed to plea for it at the start of the case, even though it was discussed multiple times throughout. She takes no responsibility for this mistake the only option she gave me moving forward would be to keep paying her to appeal the judges decision. After not receiving child support for the first year and a half, she was only able to get me a portion of my back support. At one point proof that my child had spent a majority of time with me was requested, but then after they charged me they came back and said that Florida only cares about who the child spent the night with. This is just one of many examples. I am a single mom with absolutely no family support and I hired Tara because I needed her help. I hired her because she seemed so compassionate in the beginning and I trusted that she was going to fight for me. But that is not what happened at all. By the end she was demeaning, telling me I am an adult and need to make decisions. I don't know the law thats why I hired someone I thought was going to represent me, but she "doesn't guarantee results". And in my case I'm the one on the losing end and this had no effect on her."
