"This lawyer holds a trust for my children. She has changed the rules, and applied the trust to her own views and convictions despite the trust staing it can be used for housing, but she has denied please for help until they reach 25. She says the trust is for education only but I have a copy and it does say housing...Not sure what to do as I am a single older woman on disability that cannot afford to support her GROWN children both are over 18. Because Miss Eskins has applied her own "beliefs" to her practice. I've been dealing with miss eskins for years and I have never been treated politely or with any kind of respect. Yes I am a low income person. I have struggled for years taking care of four children with no. The trust was set up for the children to be cared for, It was actually re written for the children because their father was a dead beat dad, Allowing for the children to be cared for not to hold on to money until they're older. These children have gone without their whole lives. I have tried my best to give to them but I didn't have it to Give and miss eskins has been very judgmental of that fact. Holding out the money thinking that I would be putting it to my own use not the case , At all. I understand that there are people out there that would take advantage of their Children. But I am not one of those people. It is extremely frustrating and offensive to be treated as such.I would only recommend her if your privileged, with that attitude."
