"It was okay. I jus' go to any Amscot that's in any vicinity I'm in and jus' pay my bills, and if I somehow need one, I get the occasional money order. Service is decent depending on which one you go to, but otherwise, I'll still do business there when needed."

"The absolute worse costumer experience ever. I came here for a simple notary to send to Florida Prepaid- after- already calling earlier to ask and make sure if they'd be willing to print the single piece of paper as well & they happily said yes as long and I got the notary there too. Well I apparently drove to the wrong location because all of these people sounded clueless and miserable. They acted like they had no idea what a printer was and refused to help. I then called the number I had spoken with earlier and she informed me on the phone that I actually originally spoke to the Altamonte location- but any location has the ability to do what I'm asking. She was shocked but assured me she would help once I got to her store. This store is a complete joke."
"Christian is the definition of great customer service. He handled four clients basically all at once with no complaints. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. Also with no complaints. This was my first time taking a loan out, and he made the experience very easy to understand, and I felt comfortable. He seemed very confident at his job and multitasking efficiently."
