"Just wanted to share how they treat their customers when bringing up a defective product for the 2nd time. I was told they would deal with it the next day, waited 2 days and heard nothing. Decided to submit a credit card dispute, and told them as a courtesy. Not only were they rude, they literally blamed their own personal and employee issues on me. On top of that, someone else had reached out and didn't even apologize on behalf of the words exchanged, just made excuses for the behavior like it was okay."
"The girl working lied about the price of an item. When we complained about the item she claims we heard the price wrong, even though we specifically asked. When we got home, the price she originally told us was on the tag below the item, proving we were up charged"
