Airport cigars and smoke shop

"So, this is a head shop, with a small walk-in very overpriced humidor. The comfy cigar lounge area was the big letdown. You either need to buy $50 in product to sit in there, or spend $10/hr to smoke in there ,even if you bought and overpriced cigar and drinks from them. Yeeaahhh, no thanks. Hard pass from ever returning here again. They are just hoping to snag the airport crowd is my guess. This is Florida. We don't pay to sit in cigar lounges."

"So here are some reasons why I am giving this establishment a 2 star review. The first time I came to this store I experienced great customer service, the young gentleman was very polite and welcoming so I decided to go back because of the outstanding service and respect I received. September 30, 2022 I went back, there was a group of young people and a gentleman being helped as I walked through the door. Then a couple comes in just a few seconds after me. The man working asked the couple behind me if there was anything they were looking for (I am guessing because they looked like they were going to leave). He answered their question and finished helping the man in front of me. So now it is my turn and the man working goes straight to the couple, not even acknowledging that I was there or that I was next. He did not ask who was next and the couple took that opportunity to the fullest. Let me state on record that I am a black female and the couple was white middle aged people. I felt disrespected, devalued and to be frank I felt like I was back in time in the 1950’s. I walked out of the store because I was not going to take my hard earned money and spend it at a place that does not respect me as a person. Because of this horrible experience I will never go here again and I’m not saying this to say oh no one should ever go here I am saying this so that the owners of this establishment can see it and can make some changes. Do unto others as you would like them to do unto you. We have to do better as people, we have to be better."

"Newly opened cigar shop near the Orlando airport has a great cigar lounge. You can get a beer or wine to go with your cigar. Abdu was very friendly and nice. Out had a great location and great place to smoke and have a beer. The reason it only got a 4 star was that they don't have a great cigar selection. They were missing Fuentes which is my favorite Cigars, however I was able to find some alternatives. I will definitely stop in again when I am in the area again."
