"Let me start by saying, our trust in her was 10000% broken 2 years and 1 month and 8 days into our case. She does not respond to emails in a timely manner and always has to have the last word with any thing you have to say. She has also provided bad advice, replacing window glass verse the whole window! Putting an assignment of lien on my house to name a few. Requesting accounting breakdown for fees was not provided when asked for after hiring new counsel, it was denied and she stated we can get it from the courts or new counsel. Our case is set for trial and she has not interviewed/deposed a single person! Again, we are 2 years into this!!! She was not even the attorney on our deposition/Skype that was taken back at the end of October 2020. Overall, she starts off very strong to help you; however, she allows the insurance company to control the time frame in your case. She’s as aggressive as a limp dish rag. I am thankful that we have hired new counsel and hope to have our case resolve about the 3 year mark after Hurricane Michael. STEER CLEAR FROM SPW Law Firm."
