"I’ve been ordering from them off and on for 10 years always got my order within 4-5 days to Minnesota. Now it’s been 2 weeks and my order tracking number says 10 more days. It sat in Florida for a week, than disappeared for a few days (it just said delivered to United States) then it went to Seattle distribution where it says it departed from on the 6th but this morning the 8th it’s still in Seattle distribution. Why would it go to Seattle when I’m closer to Florida than Washington? They don’t send you an email explaining or respond to you. I gave it 2 stars because my past relationship with them was good but now…"
"They do not know how to fulfill the order you placed!! I ordered a mystery pack as a sample. The mystery pack says 8 cigars. I got my order today, and it only came with 5 cigars, 3 of which are either brand-less or garbage quality. And, they put a tiny box of matches and a cheap cigar cutter probably to apologize for the 3 cigars that are missing. I paid for 8 cigars not 5 cigars with matches and a cutter. So, I tried emailing them. My email keeps getting rejected by them! Unbelievable, will never order from them again."
