"This practice was disorganized in my case. I never spoke to the lawyer until it was the actual day of my mediation. During mediation she did a good job, however, when it was time for the second mediation she was not present. The office claimed they had called me on various occasion, but they were calling my old number (which I asked them to update 3 times). By the time I got to mediation I was informed that my lawyer dropped out of the case. I spoke to the office and was told the lawyer dropped out of the case because I did not answer my phone (but again they were calling the wrong number). Then, I asked how I can get the lawyer back, and they informed me that I had to pay a retainer fee all over again. Needless to say, this office does not care for the client needs. Then they claimed I had an OUTSTANDING balance of $400, which was also the offices' fault. Originally, I had a positive balance because I overpaid the retainers fee. When I asked if I needed to pay anything for the first mediation, I was informed that I had a credit and did not need to pay anything. Yet, I was sent an email with my outstanding balance. I called the office again to question the email, and I was told to disregard because it was a mistake from their part. Like I said, disorganized."
