"I'm receiving calls way before the due Date of the 21st which on on retirement and I make my payments between the first and the 3rd of every month. I'm getting calls. I started getting calls a week ago for something. That's not even due on the 21st. If this continues, I'm gonna have to go to someone else. This place that I have been to Has consistently on a monthly basis changed personnel. I started receiving calls a month ago after I made my payment on the first. I'm on my retirement. My husband is admitted in the hospital last stage of life and I told her. Why are you calling me when it's not due until the 21st I made my payment on the 1st of this month. I can't do anything else and still. I get calls like I'm overdue when I'm not overdue. If this continues, I'm gonna have to take my business somewhere else, please. Give me feedback. This place is completely. Unprofessional. Every person that I spoken with. They're is highly unprofessional and not prepared to deal with the customers. They only know how to make collection calls and I am not overdue. It's an example. I placed my downpayment on the third a couple of months ago and I was already receiving collection calls 2 weeks after the fact. His is completely not acceptable."
