"Bought a brand new vape device (non disposable) the day before a vacation and it was defective out of the box (never worked or powered on once). Unfortunately I could not try to charge it until I was home and could not come into the store immediately, as I went out of town the next day for a week. The same store clerk who sold me the faulty device was the person who I spoke with today about receiving an even exchange. He calls his boss and tells him a completely story of what I explained had happened. He hangs up on his boss before I get an opportunity to speak with him and tells me there's he can do "since it's been a week". Your employee saw the device was unused with everything in tact as it came in the box. It is obvious that the device never once was powered on because it was sold broken but you tell me "there's nothing you can do"? Also, what company doesn't let their customer engage with the store manager when there is a valid compliant about a product you are selling? I will never come back to your store. Horrible customer service."

"This is my favorite store to go to when I’m in Pines because the products are always stocked up like crazy. Plus on the weekends they’re open till 11 so if I need something on the way to go out I can just stop here really quick. Jorge is there almost every time I go in and always has a nice conversation with me and helps me pick out whatever I need especially if I wanna try something new. If you want a vape store that feels friendly and welcoming this is the one and the prices are practically the same as everywhere else, so you can’t really beat that. And even if you don’t know what you want, Jorge or any one there will definitely help you out."

"This store is hands-down the best in the area. I’m surprised to see the negative reviews as the only reason I keep coming to this shop is because of Jorge. He’s always there and is super helpful whenever I have a question about different products. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and Jorge is the best employee they’ve had thus far. I’m sure negative reviews are from kids who are upset about their policies, so I’d suggest you simply disregard those and take a couple minutes to visit this store for yourself, you won’t regret it."

Have lived in the area for over 10 years this is the best shop in town for all smoking necessities customer service is amazing and Max is always very helpful and employee Jorge is very knowledgeable and helped me fix my vape instead of just trying to sell me a new one!"
