"I arrived with my service dog, as i have a severe condition and i need her with me at all times. The manager was beyond rude. I said "if i was blind, and needed my dog, could i come in" he looked at me and said: no. Blind people don't come here, and i would not allow it. This? Was beyond wrong, it is also illegal. What kind of place does that and what kind of person says that? Unacceptable"
"We had been here before and wanted to try it again however things were much different. The balls kept getting stuck in the pool table, the machine for tokens was giving everyone a hard time and not to mention the hose for the hookah seemed worn. When we asked for help the attendant was short and dismissive so what could've been an extended time out was cut short."
"Went for a light smoke and a beer and Dillain the bartender was great. It was a Sunday night and I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what I wanted and ended up buying two nice sticks from them. Definitely be back. Chill vibe."
"Great place for late night outing. The drinks are alright, DJ played a good music variety, staff was constantly going around maintaining the tables. The only thing that bothered me was the intense smell of cigarettes which it's to be expected for a cigar bar."
"Got there with intentions on buying some cigars for my brother in law and smoking one myself, didn't have a issue being served but they're not walking up offering help, you will have to catch up to someone to get service. Music was good, crowd was slowly rolling in. Met a cool couple and had a good time. Drinks were a little weak, thank God I drank 2 long Island ice teas from Cheesecake Factory before walking in or I would've been highly upset. Overall, a decent hour was spent there and we were out."
