"Please,please Don’t use them. I have been with them since 2012 and they have gone WAY down. They don’t care if you stay with them or not. They act like you have no choice but to use them. I sent info 3 times and each time they say they didn’t get it. I was on hold for over an hour told everything was sent to the insurance company and then long story short. While I sit on hold w the insurance company because brightest agent was done talking to me and didn’t know how to answer my questions. I hope they don’t treat you the way I have been treated. But they will not help you and blame you"
