"Prices are outrageous here, almost a 50% up charge on all products. I was sold a defective product and was denied a refund. Terrible customer service, complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Take your business elsewhere, avoid at all costs. Word to the wise, Mods and Tanks are much cheaper at many online retailers. No reason for a their products to be almost double the price. Visit at your own risk. Update/edit: After doing a charge back, they lied to my banking institution that we were unaware of any defects in product and my bank reversed the charge back, even though I went there less than 24 hours after the fact and spoke to 3 people regarding the issue, in which the house employee confirmed that the product was a dud. Do not give them your business. Terrible company. Please avoid. BUYER BEWARE."
